JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the B.Sc. Nursing programme:
1. General Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a domicile of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh (For Ladakh candidates, an ST certificate is treated as a domicile certificate).
- Must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2025.
- The maximum age limit for admission is 35 years.
- Must be medically fit.
2. Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed the 10+2 (12th Standard) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
- Must have scored at least 45% marks in PCB for Open Merit candidates.
- For Reserved Categories (SC/ST-I/ST-II/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA), the minimum marks required are 40%.
- English must be a compulsory subject in 10+2.
- Candidates who are appearing for their 12th standard exams in 2025 can also apply, but they must provide proof of passing before admission.
JKBOPEE B.Sc. Paramedical Courses Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates applying for B.Sc. Paramedical Courses must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be a domicile of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh.
- Must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2025.
- The maximum age limit for admission is 35 years.
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English.
- Medical fitness is required.
- Candidates who appeared/appearing for the 12th exam in 2025 are also eligible, but they must submit their passing certificate at the time of admission.
- For Lateral Entry, candidates must have a Diploma in the concerned stream and have passed 10+2 with PCB, with the diploma registered with J&K Para-Medical/Nursing Council.
SKIMS B.Sc. Technology Courses Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for B.Sc. Technology courses in Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Srinagar, must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a domicile of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh.
- Must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2025.
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English.
- Minimum marks required:
- Open Merit Candidates: 50% marks
- Reserved Categories (SC/ST-I/ST-II/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA): 40% marks
- Candidates appearing for 12th exams in 2025 can also apply, but they must submit their marks certificate at the time of admission.
