Srinagar, March 13: The Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Kajal Devi, a first-phase MBBS student from the Batch of 2024. Kajal, daughter of Behari Lal and a resident of Shaleen Kasti, Garh Doda, was known for her dedication, kindness, and unwavering commitment to the medical profession.
Her sudden demise has left her family, friends, and the entire medical fraternity in shock and profound grief. In her memory, a condolence meeting was held at GMC Srinagar, where I/c Principal Prof. (Dr.) Showkat Ahmad Kadla expressed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
“This is an unbearable and eternal loss. The passing of such a young and talented student is a tragedy that deeply affects us all,” Prof. Kadla remarked, highlighting Kajal’s bright academic journey and promising future in medicine.
